Cupping notes: This is a great coffee as an espresso. Decent as a regular cup, but espressos really shine. Fantastic Creaminess and a walnut-caramel notes at medium dark to dark roast. If I can get it darker on my roaster, it retains those notes.
Overall, the peaberry is a bit softer presence than regular beans. Some notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate and caramel. This will be good in the Borealis/Chitina blend coffees.
