In the very lightest roast, just 30 seconds out of first cracks, you find a cherry candy sweetness , almost like Swedish Fish. Some orange, cranberry, slight chocolate in the background. It's a fantastic microlot.

The Los Angeles Estate grows Pacamara coffee nearly exclusively, and then processes the beans in various ways.
