Peru Amazonas

$15.00

Certifications: Organic, Fair Trade

Cupping Notes:

This is nutty with hints of chocolate and fudge. Nothing that will bvlow your socks off but a great daily drinker.

Farming notes:

Peruvian coffees tend to be cleaner and smoother than the other South American origins. This one is grown at the beginning of the Amazon River. It is an organic and fair trade co-op called San Ignacio Rio Amoju.

This Peru is a microlot and carefully sorted, but the fudge and nutty notes make it a good choice for a medium to dark roast bean.

Elevation: 4500ft-6000ft.

Recommended Roast: Medium to Dark

Good For: Pour Over, Full Immersion, and Blends
